In this workshop we use our visual sense, breath, meditation and music to quietly and gently observe natural and made objects as a starting point in order to become more ‘present’ with ourselves and our surroundings. In each moment we look closely and intimately with full awareness, as if we have never seen the object previously. By drawing the object we slow down and begin to see the world around us with a keener awareness and are able to find a deeper sense of peace within ourselves No art experience necessary.
